The Texas Undergraduate Research Journal strives to reflect the vast breadth and depth of undergraduate research being conducted here at UT Austin. This year we have decided to start a blog dedicated to showcasing not only the interesting research going on around us, but also the talent and curiosity of our own senior and assistant editors. Each week, we aim to publish one new blog post written by one of our editors in a subject that truly interests them, with the goal of informing and inspiring the undergraduates here at UT to get involved in the wide variety of research happening on our doorstep each and every day.
As the URJ’s executive editor, I am excited to embark on this endeavor and extremely proud of my editorial team for taking this leap and forging on to bring the URJ into the blogging sphere.
I hope you enjoy our blog, and as always, HOOK ‘EM HORNS!
